We invite you to browse through our online grocery store and shop for all of your groceries from the comfort of your home. If this is your first trip to Belize, or you simply don't know where to begin, we highly recommend you start with the "Bare Essentials" section of this website. Once you have completed your shopping, you will be guided through shipping and billing options. Please use your your shipping and billing info that you would use in your home country. There will be a section that asks what resort you will be staying at immediately following the shipping and billing section. You will also be given two choices for payment:
1. Pay through paypal. Paypal will happily accept all major credit cards. You do not need to have an account with paypal if you are paying by credit card.
2. Print and call option. Please use this feature if you have questions before paying. We will receive your order and contact you via email.
To further assist you, we have added a "Ordering Instructions" Page located at www.matagrandegrocery.com. We strongly recommend you read this section as we have tried to post any and all questions we have received from other customers.

PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER TO VERIFY THE EARLIEST WE CAN DELIVER. This site is intended for people who are ordering in advance of their arrival-preferably with 4 days of notice. Due to stock fluctuations beyond our control, some items may or may not be available on last minute orders. We will do our best and usually can deliver same day or within 24 hours.
All other orders will be contacted via email within 24 hours of ordering to verify any missing information such as: where you will be staying and the estimated time of your arrival. When you arrive to your house or villa, you will find all of your items stocked and ready for you to enjoy. For your convenience all prices are in U.S. DOLLARS.We look forward to meeting you when you get down here.
